I read somewhere a few weeks ago that the Caps said no, they wouldn't sit him for the chance to break the record at home.
Good. Nothing should be taken for granted, it would feel so weird if they tried to "game" it.

Yeah, there was no chance he was going to miss any games prior to the record if he's healthy. They might rest him for the CBJ games if he breaks the record before.

Does anyone know if RyJo and his family moved back to Columbus? I swear I saw him take his kid out of an SUV at a school this morning in German Village.

Would he have a reason to move back here? He's been gone 9 years.
EDIT: I guess its possible. I see his wife is from Ohio and it sounds like they just got married here in Columbus last year. Do they have kids though?
