I'm glad the NHL doesn't have just a few teams dominating like in the KHL. Magnitogorsk was 12-1 in the playoffs coming into the finals and SKA had the same record as well. Now SKA has a chance to win it all, they are leading 3-2 with one period remaining. Gusev with a goal and an assist so far in this game.

Chicago confirmed as multi-year Vegas affiliate.

St. Louis had been affiliated with them, but apparently they're putting their guys somewhere else. There's only 30 AHL teams, so somebody is going to share somewhere.



edit: I guess they are sharing, although Vegas is the lead affiliate while STL is just an "associate" with them.
