Any guesses what the offer is compared to the ask? How far off do you think they are? I imagine CGY would like to see some salary retention, which obviously raises the price.

I wonder if BUF has an ask, and CGY is saying we will only give you that if you retain 3 million per year, and they are stuck on that.

Who knows, I would like to see it get done though, I cant do another rebuild
