Kings just beat Stars in OT...this is not getting pretty for us... I don't understand why Huska keeps relying on Rooney and overplaying all 3 lines above which then leads into exhaustion build up... ideally the 4th line should give you a breather, playing 10 mins and should be a reliable checking line. We currently don't have this.

With Zary soon back, I would imagine Rooney moves into 5th C, but for my life, I don't understand why a well playing Morton has not been called up a good while ago...

I think there's a high probability that we do. Things tend to get a little more real after the break. The good teams rise to the top and the pretenders get exposed fairly quickly.

Love your lines, but that’s a hard no on Barrie up front. Guy skates like he is stuck in 1st gear. I’m actually curious to see Hunt in action again, guy is quietly a PPG player for the Wranglers, second in team scoring behind Marty Frk.

He’s also been horrendous in Vegas. We did ok considering his agent’s meddling and the league’s overall disinterest in him to start.

Being on the hook for that contract is a bullet dodged for the term alone
