They count against the Cap in the year in which they are earned during the SPC, but are actually paid on a scheduled date after the end of that SPC.

Maybe, depends on goal tending, Murphy improving, Stone recovering from ACL surgery, Strome or DVO having an impact, Hanzal's health, and old timers Z/Vermette/Doan, not regressing too much. Outside shot at the playoffs, but as RT said, plenty of things need to go right.

Probably the exact order I would put it in too, except I would add in Domi and Duclair. They showed flashes throughout the season so if they take it to that next level they could carry this team.
