He doesn't have one cause he has a bonus. In Edmonton, you either get a bonus, NMC or Nurse type deal

Here is the thing that cracks me up about comments like this and other ones. I am an oiler fan and am laughing at the ways the oilers shoot themselves in the foot.

but here is the thing

Oilers sit 8th in the NHL 35-21-4 record and second in their division, But posts like this make it sound like the oilers are not in a playoff spot and are 10 pts from the last wild card spot.

Who the f*** knows what will happen come playoff time--shit always happens. Last playoffs The McDavid and Leon show dragged the oilers to the finals with an equally bad supporting staff

Fun fact: both Foegele and Arvidsson averaged roughly the same number of points per game at even strength last season, so Arvidsson had power play time that Foegele was never afforded to pad his numbers. Arvidsson's biggest asset was his offense and not a whole lot else. But Foegele came in at $500,000 less per year, to say nothing of his added size, speed, and physicality.

Arvidsson does tend to be more productive in the playoffs, but Foegele actually came in second in team scoring in the Finals (though he was a ghost before then) and did so while averaging less than 12 minutes a game. I mean he couldn't have picked a better time to start scoring in the playoffs... I know Foegele made some f***ups, but nobody f***ed up more in the playoffs than Stuart Skinner and he never seemed short on second chances.

I guess we'll see how Arvidsson performs in the playoffs, but for now I think Matthew Savoie deserves a longer look in his spot with Drai.
