Harris looked fine and made fewer unnecessary mistakes than Xhekaj made and as far as versatility is concerned....that is in Harris' favour by a mile as he can play both sides.

I am a huge fan of Xhekaj's and believe he is likely a bigger piece of the future than Harris but I would not be surprised if Harris is given the edge at the start.

It is important to not look to deep into preseason play, especially for young dmen who are so reliant on the forwards playing their positions properly which is a rarity in these games.

Not really, lol. It was horrible and not in an unlucky bounce kind of way. It was legitimate pass straight to the other team with no Montreal player all that close.

The million times were 300 times per day for the last 10 years.

The giveaway was horrible, but Larry Robinson did at least 10 of those in his career too. Harris is not ready yet, but it's not because of one bad turnover.

I was disappointed that we had to trade Romanov, however after watching Xhekaj I had no idea he would be this good and this quick. I felt he was getting overrated based on his play in the OHL, however I was way off.

I was talking about Xhekaj, not Harris.

I also never said either were or weren't ready.

You always argue with yourself over a point I never even made lol

He was probably underrated by his play in the OHL.

He's one of those players who looks better against men than against kids.
