I said it last year that this would happen and all year there have been people defending him. He can be a solid bottom pairing, but that will never happen in the playoffs since he can’t handle the pressure. Different year, same result for him.

Especially in this series where Tampa has been excellent at denying zone entry on the PP. Starting from centre is a real detriment.

Score or not, it must generate momentum. Create a frenzied state in the rink. Then just feed off that.
They have to win the game in Leafy fashion and only do what works with 5 minutes left

Why CBC/SN hired Armstrong or any other player that lives in the US full time as hockey analysts is beyond me. There's plenty former players that live in Canada that sure to hell would make good analysts for Canadian team games and they'd spend their earnings in Canada. Big fail from CBC/SN.

Feels like there are so many plays where all Holl has to do is put all his weight into sealing a wall and separating body from puck but he resorts to the do nothing length defending, or taking the self preservation route to the one on one battle so he can run some disruption vs actually making a hard play.
