The whole team has been dreadful, including your favorite player Marner.Just calling out the worse forward on the ice so far.

When Matthews and Marner are off their game, you're still getting a good effort and some positives with their defense and puck possession. When Nylander is off his game, he may as well not have even dressed that game. He's either elite or totally useless, no middle groundThe whole ******* team has been objectively awful, including Nylander, Marner and Matthews
Its why this fanbase is completely pissed off at the management group. Luckily the nightmare ends once Dubas is fired.I truly regret the Patrick Marleau project on every level. And Thornton was terrible too. There's never a good idea to bring ex-Sharks from that era into your program.
It was really weird listening to Brian Boyle on radio the other day. He almost spoke in a disappointed and confused manner about how this group didn't take the next steps after the Washington series.
Man, this group.
Yup, some very very simple stuff is being messed up. Also looking to dump it every time rather than making a controlled zone exit. It's crazy how many times the Leafs flob a pass or miss a pass on a simple break out. Meanwhile they are making 200 MPH passes without a sweat.
There's something where the preparation and focus is just so different. There's something really lacking and it'll take a miracle for this game to be salvaged.

Theyre proving once again they’re not good enough players in these games.I disagree. They don't care enough. They don't dig down and play above their heads like all the playoff greats. It's care.
