There's just no way the Leafs can complete this comeback, right? I mean it's the Leafs we're talking about here ... we get hope, and then get it completely crushed.

At this point, I can't get too mad if they lose in OT. Just compete for every inch the rest of the way.

I know it's been cool to hate on Holl, but Gio has been atrocious this series. Atrocious.

Brodie hasn't been good either, and McCabe has been up and down.

Honestly, there is a lot to be made about the number of goals Holl has been on the ice. I would say at least 2/3's of them have been because Brodie/Gio made a stupid error and Holl was their partner more than anything Holl has done himself.

That is not to say Holl has been great either, but he has looked better than Gio and Brodie for the most part... And it is not a good thing when Schenn has arguably been the 2nd best defenseman thus far (albeit in a far more limited role sitting beside a guy who has been amazing for most of this series).

Wow what a 3rd. Really wish Marner Matthews Nylander scored in the final 20 seconds. So much pitting them against each other here when in actuality these 3 are the Leafs.

So has Brody. Holl has been bad and good. Reilly has been the beast.

Rielly been himself. Awful defensively, but making up for it and more offensively. Schenn been mostly a pleasant surprise.

McCabe, Brodie, and Holl have been hot and cold, but more bad than good.

Giordano isn't playing at all like he normally does. No first pass, no ability to evade pressure. I actually think he's made Holl significantly worse, and that's saying something.
