I mean look at the "roughing" penalties the Leafs have taken this series. It hasn't been consistent at all. Those were calls they don't even make in the regular season, let alone the playoffs. So far the calls have heavily favoured the Lightening like they did the last time these two teams met.

there’s been issues with reffing in the Edmonton - LA series as well.
