No, it doesn't show that.
Team xGF% is not the same thing as individual player on-ice xGF%, and they require very different levels of context and additional information in order to draw conclusions.
Actually it very much does show that with players who have played the bulk of the season on the Leafs, outside of Connor Timmins (16GP) Tyler Bertuzzi is number one in the all-encompasing "who can outshoot the other team closer to the net stat", otherwise known as xGF% ..
But let's not stop there, if you look at pretty much any differential stat, whether it be shot attempts, goals for/against, the blogger way of approximating "scoring chances", he is also tops or near-tops there too.
It's just so fascinating how grossly biased people are with these stats, using xGF% in single game samples for players in the PGT, but then ignore them entirely over the sample size of the entire season all just to skew an argument against players / GM's they don't like.
