Awesome drive to the net, would have drawn a tripping penalty if he didn't score.
So this was my report from october. I haven't been able to watch the ahl-games. How is he holding up? I probably meant Thompson like and not Sabres-like in terms of the wing span.I've seen him live now twice. Really, really good passer on the SHL level and smart when skating with the puck. He's more of a pull the defense apart-kind of guy with mobility and quirky passes than a crash the net guy.
He uses his wing span in a way that is very Sabres-like. Looks more ready than Östlund to me and could jump the Rochester guys that doesn't make the NHL this season. Yeah, I've only watched two games in person but if this is his current standard he's pretty, pretty good.
His style definitely fits the NA game and when I've seen him he's impressed. He uses his power and understands his size.I've been impressed but ill divert to our Rochester guys for more details on that @Chainshot @Tsyolin @AceSo this was my report from october. How ready does he look compared to Östlund?
Can't believe even now, Dahlin is only 24We have to many good 24 and under players/prospects specially at forward:
Quinn-22
Peterka-22
Cozens-23
Benson19
Krebs-23/24
Helenius-18
Kulich-20
Rosen-21
Ostlund-20
Neuchev-20
Poltapov-20
Wahlberg-19
Ziemmer-18
That is a full team of forwards not near their prime excluding Krebs and cozens who are entering it in 2-3 years.
Byram 22-23, power 21, Samuelsson 24, Johnson 23, Joker is only 25 still as well not to mention the plethora of d-men we've stocked up on too I will say Adams did an amazing job interview filling up the pipeline and filling out the roster as well to not rush the prospects he really flipped our barren system around with young quality talentCan't believe even now, Dahlin is only 24

Krebs and Rosen are already good prospects today, the other three I could see pumping the brakes on a little.I get where your heads at and broadly agree, but the bolded might be too soon to hatch into 'good prospect' territory.
That sucks. Hopefully just some bruisingGot hit by a Neuchev shot in the right leg/knee on the first Amerk powerplay and had to hobble off, don't know how serious it is but found where he got hurt.
