I dont think trouba's going anywhere. He already refused a trade last yr due to his MD wife being in residency in nyc and as a vet over ten yrs he can refuse (i think)

Or he's waiting for the right job. He's making 5 mil this year not coaching, no need to jump at the first few vacancy's. Every year there will be new openings , just wait it out.
