The rain delay after the 9th inning was the decent of Earth into the shadow realm... and as a lifelong Cubs fan I'll take it as it meant I got to see both my teams win championships in my lifetime, which I'll be honest I never thought would happen.

Fiala plays on an emotional level & it's great to see how excited he gets when he succeeds. He's having a down year, but it's got to be hard trying to generate offense on this team.

I have faith that the King's will find someone that meshes with Fiala as skilled young players grow into bigger roles.
