Thank God that's over.
Games like that are not fun to win at all. The league has to start holding these sort of performances from officials accountable. It is not good hockey to watch and will not increase your fans or bring in more money.

That game became a shit show solely due to their shenanigans at the end of the 1st and could have led to someone being severely injured.

What a great game played by the tired, plucky and feisty Blues. Determined not to let The Refs cheat them out of a badly-needed win! The whole team played all out all game, and that was needed. Dvorsky wasn't intimidated by the faster play and importance of the game to this team. His great play set up their power play goal, and he looked good in all phases of the game. He can help The Top 6 while Buchnevich is out, and also The Power Play, and when Snuggeruud arrives, The Blues will be able to have 3 scoring lines. Things are really looking up for the team.

Actually I'm being serious.
Already with 2 penalties tonight and ref incompetence can only partially account for one of them.
He's playing reckless and needs to calm it down a bit. He's trying to do too much.
This was not one if his better nights. May be mentally exhausted. Been going full speed and taking on added responsibility.

Dvorsky's first game and I missed it because paying an annual subscription is not enough to get the privilege to watch games blacked out 5 hours away in Nashville. Sounds like it was an ugly ugly game. I'd like to find Armstrong's comments about the refs.

It wasn't a very good game even though we won. No flow to the game at all, lots of stoppages and whistles. Rough stuff is fun but when the refs have their heads up their asses it just becomes stressful.

Blues are doing their job, we just need Calgary to slip up and lose a couple now.

This is why we need Minnesota to choke. I want the Blues in the pacific bracket.
Definitely possible. Their final 12 game stretch is a brutal path met with several bubble teams, including a back to back against New Jersey along with matchups against Vancouver and Calgary. 7-3 during these final 10 for us is probably going to have to be the baseline to get us in.

Minnesota's next 5 is rough.

@DAL then B2B at home vs VGK. Then at home vs WSH and a home and home vs NJD. They go something like 1-4 in that stretch and suddenly they join the group of teams battling just to make the playoffs.

Please let it be the Oilers. Dylan Holloway playing the role of Yadier Molina with a clutch GWG goal. Can you imagine the meltdown?

No, make it Broberg. Edmonton fans are still partial to Holloway (and I don't blame them), but HFOilers will explode if Broberg gets an overtime game winner to send them home. Holloway can assist on the goal to rub the salt in deeper.
