I am about to maybe take a flyer on Andrew Hammond in a keeper league, do you think it is worth trying to acquire him. I haven't seen him play this year, is he playing well at all?
He's playing amazing as our starter. I'd pick him up if I were you

He's been dependable which is what we all hoped he'd be.
Long term is harder to tell, his play seems to indicate he's not a flash in the pan but he has had some injury problems.
dude should get a standing O - greatest one hit wonder in NHL history. that run was epic so fun all of it![]()

Dave Cameron was the coach during the hamburglar run (or maybe I missed the joke here)

Fernando Pisani is another. The Hamburglar definitely belongs on that very short list of NHL short term wonders. The OG might be Paul Henderson, a very good journeyman winger who for one month in September 1972 turned into one of the greatest players in the world. (I've always thought that he should be in the Hall of Fame just for that.) John Druce had 14 goals in 15 playoff games for the Capitals in 1990, which is insane when you think about it. Back to goalies, you had Jim Carey, the Net Detective, who had one spectacular Vezina winning season for the Caps in 1995-96 and then disappeared...

Good one - I gather that Pisani had some health issues that ended up limiting him, which is a shame...Fernando Pisani is another.
