No. Not even remotely.Andersson would pair nicely with Dahlin on the top pairing for buffalo.
Would something around Samuelsson, Krebs and a pick be good starting ground?
If I'm Conroy, I don't want either of those two. Peterka would be a requirement coming back.Andersson would pair nicely with Dahlin on the top pairing for buffalo.

I’m a Flames fan and I know JJ is not coming here for Raz. He’s the more valuable asset. If I'm Conroy, I don't want either of those two. Peterka would be a requirement coming back.
To get Andersson? Not close.Andersson would pair nicely with Dahlin on the top pairing for buffalo.

I'd say their value is about even especially if both players are willing to extend in the new locations. Right handed top line right defense is a more rare commodity than a top line left handed winger. That should offset the age disparity at least so only slight adjustments needed.I’m a Flames fan and I know JJ is not coming here for Raz. He’s the more valuable asset.
I’m basing it off the fact Raz is UFA. I can’t see him signing in Buffalo at this point. I mean honestly I see him going to a place like San Jose where he’s getting a nice contract living in a great city and up and coming talented team. So Buffalo would be rental price. But hey I don’t know what his intentions are.I'd say their value is about even especially if both players are willing to extend in the new locations. What?Better question, is post-July 1st, with a negotiated extension, what would the Flames need to add to Jason Robertson to get him from Dallas since he'll be seeking a raise that they likely cannot afford after this coming season, and if the Flames also eat 50% on Ras, it opens up a ton of cap space next year for teh Stars to go all in
Ok come on man. You could argue Byram + like Krebs or Quinn, but Peterka???To get Andersson? Not close.
Byram + Paterka. Getting a player like Andersson will be painful.
Sure. But the point is the Sabres would add a lot. We aren’t the actual GMs so who knows.Ok come on man. You could argue Byram + like Krebs or Quinn, but Peterka???
Not hard to follow , but let's try again. What?

Jason Robertson has 1 year left on his contract, he already makes 7.75m and will be getting a raise after the upcoming season. Dallas already has 6 other players making 8m+ and Harley will also be a RFA. So it makes some sense that Dallas would look to move Robertson in the next year or so. The Flames can trade Andersson @ 50% to Dallas, so in the 2025-26 season, he'd have a cap hit of 2.275m, opening up close to 5.5m in cap space for the upcoming season (I'd also be willing to eat Dumba's cap hit in such a trade scenario). If such a trade is made after July 1st, Dallas can sign Andersson to an extension immediately.
What would the Flames need to add to land Robertson.
Yes, insult me, that always helps matters.Your username is appropriate. There is no add that makes sense.
Dallas just isn't going to answer the phone. Why would they consider moving him?Not hard to follow , but let's try again.

I literally explained why in the post you quoted.Dallas just isn't going to answer the phone. Why would they consider moving him?
Actually no. His role in BUF is already filled by Dahlin. They need defensive D.Andersson would be a huge step in the right direction for Buffalo. Great target.
Don't think this gets him, though.
He signed an extension. People need to do more reseachNot hard to follow , but let's try again.

Wyatt Johnston signed an extension, not Jason Robertson. He signed an extension. People need to do more reseach
Okay dude even of he didnt. Dallas is a contender , legit each year. They aren't trading himWyatt Johnston signed an extension, not Jason Robertson.
So yes, some people absolutely do need to do more research, just not me.
