Like I played hockey and know hockey, but we just suck donkey balls against this team. Yet Edmonton and other teams rack up points like a junior team vs them.

Because Ottawa steps up to play us and leafs don't give a f*** about stepping back up.

Pretty boring game, but some pretty alarming signs from Rielly and Marner

Marner is always capable of making brilliant plays like that lone ranger rush clanking the wrister off the crossbar on the PK earlier in the game to almost make it 2-0 as well as those highly 'creative' little touches with the puck that result in a cascade of headaches. It's a very fine line between creativity, chaos, high IQ and bad choices.

No one injured, the point is a bonus.

Marner way too soft on that play. If that were a fringe player he might be out of the lineup next game. Get it out of the system before next week

For the most part he has eliminated these soft plays this year., but not tonight. In OT it's an auto loss two times out of three.

Give me more Simmonds on the PP and more Foligno along the boards. Both will contribute heavily post season I am predicting.

Meh... let's get the playoffs going

Our PP is very concerning heading into the playoffs.. Marner shouldn't be on the ice in OT, Fred looked like, well Freddy... Oh well, a nothing game, but the PP is very concerning to me.

- Marner needs to stop with the giveaways. He wasn't even under pressure.
- Andersen, meh. First game back, only so much we can say but except for the first one, they were all classic Freddy goals.
- The refs let Ottawa get away with so many hooks, interferences and trips in the 3rd it was hilarious. And I was relieved they let they get away with it.

Marner is a careless, dude doesn’t take responsibility for his f*** ups. I was realy unhappy when he said “shit happens” after he got his pocket picked badly against the jets

Andersen was .862% tonight with his usual 4 goals against.

Time off and conditioning didn't suddenly make him a good goaltender. He's been trash for close to two seasons now. Injuries have nothing to do with it.

His lateral movement is some of the worst I've seen in a long time.

Good riddance to him.
