Well, when I was around my late teens and into my early 20's,

I had maybe 3 or 4 people tell me I look like Screech from Saved By the Bell......

On completely different occasions, these people not connected at all.

And it pissed me off. So I would actually ask people "do you think I look like Screech?" and they would all say no, not at all. And that's how I felt.

Yet it bothered me that these 3 or 4 random people said that to me. And I was like "FUQ! I don't want to look like that guy"

I didn't have his hair.......I've never been able to make sense of it.

Anyway, what can you do?

Oh man, the game winner against StLouis in that playoff game on a breakaway. Greg Millen was between the pipes, but Smitty deked Greg out of his shorts. That goal by the way assisted by our Captain Wendel Clark.

In the late 70s I spent about 20 weeks as a practice goalie for a group of Leafs oldtimers. I had Brian Conacher tell me I reminded him of Johnny Bower.

Obviously style rather than ability (or looks), but still....
