I don’t care if it’s preseason…if you are Columbus you cannot be losing in this game. If I’m Evason I'm not just letting them hear about it…I’m threatening jobs. It’s a junior goaltender backstopping an Amerks lineup without their leading scorer and some other experienced pieces. At home.

It reminds me of a variety of Sabre pre-season games during the drought - home, stocked lineup, poor execution and energy.

This Amerks team is scrappy. Looks like this BJ lineup isn't just AHLers. Has to be part Apps, part Leone, and part Ruff having them play this well.

Hopefully this translates well for the upcoming Amerks season.

This announcer keeps calling it a young Sabres lineup. It isnt. It’s a someday possible future Sabres mixed with guys who will never make the NHL lineup.

The team over in Germany right now is where the young Sabres are. Ostlund, Novikov, Komarov, Helenius, Wahlberg and Neuchev are young Amerks.
