It's a bit funny looking how the Sens logo translates to a nit sweater, but I'd be stoked if someone made that for me.

Not quite. But the details in the Michigan logo, right before the brush part sort of translate to the extra details they are putting into the main logo.

People are going to lose their mind if they change the main logo. It doesn't matter if it's an upgrade.

I think they need to come up with something entirely new for an alternate jersey. It's been a while since they tried anything new with the brand. The last time being when they very successfully rebooted the O.

I posted this in a previous thread, but I think a logo with a Lion is the way to go. It's already associated with our team because of it being a part of the (historically not accurate) Roman coliseum design theme we have going. Our mascot is also a lion, so it isn't a stretch.

I also think we need to buy the rights to Lenny The Lynx, but that's an entirely different discussion.

therefore not necessarily inaccurate I guess.

Wings on the logo are gold, and add some accents to the “brush” part of the helmet.

I know this appears to be a real image, but it was actually created in a computer program.

How close is this? Ignoring obvious things like that might look unrealistic like the size of the shoulder logos, or the exact shade of gold.

Still unsure what the Peace Towers details are, but didn’t notice if it was the shoulder patches. Feel like the detail in the helmet could have peace tower inspirations and I didn’t notice without the context.

It's possible that they could have made minor revisions or changes from what you saw if they got the impression that fans were interested in bringing back the Peace Tower wordmark. So maybe they could have decided to put it on the shoulder pads. It is also possible that there could be Peace Tower iconography designed into the stripes, kind of like how Vegas or other teams have flat stripes that if you look closely have designs in the fabric,

They usually make numerous prototypes when they create jerseys. Sometimes very similar with minor differences. Here are a few prototypes that are very similar to the final released jerseys, but have small changes like different crests or slightly different striping.

I don't know what the actual timelines are like with minor changes like deciding they want a different crest but the entire jersey is the same, or choosing one set of striping over the other.

Depending on what the timeline is to finalize the design, I think it is remotely possible that they could have done a 180 since you saw the jersey and decided to use the updated Peace Tower wordmark as either the shoulder or the main crest. Something has clearly given them an idea that the fanbase wants that if they are making a point of mentioning that it could be included in some way. I do think from a common sense perspective, releasing a fourth 2D logo jersey over such a short period of time is overkill. Even if the logo is slightly updated.
