When did you ship them out? I have a jersey with them got there mid November and I'm still waiting to be invoiced.

Sometimes it's easier, and cheaper, to avoid litigation and settle instead of dragging it through the courts. Accusation(s) do not equal guilt - particularly among those that are very wealthy. The bad PR alone, true or not, probably would've hurt the Rangers more than settling.

That being said, the choice is certainly yours to make 100%. I'd just be wary about inferring guilt because a case was settled out of court.
