Yet another thing I've realized that is a huge drawback to the new ASG format the more I think about it is that the host city and its fans could potentially only see the stars from their home team for only one period. The host team *generally* has more all stars represented that most other teams. So if the Atlantic division lost their "game", the Florida fans would only get to see Tkachuk (and late replacement Barkov) for a third of the time there. Seems kind of cheesy.
The whole weekend, on-ice, needs to be reconsidered and overhauled. The skills competition and game itself. I've sure the events, off-ice, leading up to and surrounding the game however were pretty reasonably done.
