All-Purpose Prospect Thread v17.0

at this point I think even if Slaggert hits, the type of player he becomes is one you can easily trade a 3rd/4th for at the deadline if you REALLY need

Wow...#16 Cornell beats #3 Michigan Star ...sone 6th rounder ofvthe Bruins went off with a big game 2 goals to help Cornell take downSparty..If you had bet onCornell you won big...

Wow! ERIE UP 8-3 on Saginaw in 3rdvperiod...Misa zero points and -4...and Cernyshov hasx1a vutc-5..so Saginaw top line getting multi-scored on..Saginaw outscoring Erie 31-21,but 8 goalsvon 21 shots...Saginaw goalieceither did not show up or Saginaw top line wentvCoubtryvClubbing tonight.

MARTIN MISIAK 1 g for Erie ...Ty Henry no points yet but +3 for Erie..

Anyway bad night for Misa..do not think he has been as bad in the statsxall sesson...strange =,a red flag or a 1 off?

Have to see if hecresponds in restvofvthecseries..but itvis concerning unless just hapoenenedvto be when the SGinaw goalie playing lijevhe cannotcstopba beach all.

Surmisibg because I cannot see the game.

So Minnesota upset last night in 4-3OT lossto UMASS

Rinzel 1a Moore 1a=that's all? Hardly difference-makers in most important game of the season...Not hibg to get excited about..

Moore did heneratex5shog on6 shotcattemots..but typically hom just cannot finish ..not goingvto score many goals,=bottom liner at best. And a -1..

AT Least Rinzel was a Even.

Wouldn't it be nice for a change if 1 Hawks prospect elevated hos play in playoffs orcelininationgames to "go off" and produce multi-colored games when morevi on the kine..insteadvofcsedibgvother teans draftees "star" by doing that?

Well Aidan Thompson gets his chance for glory tonight inthe Denver Providence game at their Regional..

Doubt the hero will be Mustard or Harding or Kelley for Providence...it woujd be nice to see all 3 elevate in a big game scenario lije this.

I've said it here many times. Rinzel has been checked out since the article months ago that said Chicago had a spot for him. Same for Moore.

Whether you like it or not, Rinzel will be signed within 7 days. Moore may be convinced to come back one more year as he needs it badly, I'll say 50/50.

Wrong thread - oops - cantfigure out how to delete, sorry

My favorite part of the Bulls wins last night was the shot of this hipster in Lakers gear in the front row looking devastated after the loss.. What a sad excuse for a man here.
Lakers fan.webp

A couple things about your post with the first being that you're responding to someone that didn't watch the game which is his MO. I have him on ignore but I'm guessing he's posting box score material.

I don't recall you posting "many times" that Rinzel "checked out" after an article stated the Hawks had a spot for him after this season. If memory serves. it was just once and it's dumber now than it was back then. Now it seems as if you're implying that Moore "checked out" after the Rinzel article came out.

Checked out implies mentally disengaged and they lack motivation or enthusiasm for work at hand. And in Rinzel's case it is purposeful due to an article. You're confusing points scored which he was on an unattainable pace for a dry spell later in the season. It's hockey, it happens.

Did Snuggerud "check out" in OT last night? You know, when he was puck watching and allowed his man to get stick position to score the game winner? Of course not.

Oh, and put me down for "like it" if Rinzel now signs with the Hawks. And here's to hoping that Moore checks out at Minnesota as well.

I don't know why anyone would think the Hawks having a contract offer on the table for Rinzel would mean he's checked out for the last month. The Hawks were always going to offer him a contract and even if he went to the final of the Frozen Four, he would have burned the first year of that contract. I can imagine any young person/player thinking ahead but at the end of the day, I don't think he did anything other than try to win with Minnesota while he was there.
