All in all, a very encouraging 18 holes. For his first competitive round in nearly a year, couldn't have expected anything more.

Seems like he's one of the few who has actually gone through with the plan to purposely play awful so that Tiger has a better chance to win. Pat has proven himself a loyal Tiger follower today.

So weird to see Tiger driving it well after all these years. Still looks very quick with his swing, not as steep as he was last we saw him but still a little. Then again I'm no Brandel Chamblee, I don't know enough to analyze his swing.
