Man, the early 90's were so great for rock and metal.

ahh no they weren't. the clips you posted were of bands that survived the 90's. them along with bon jovi and to a certain extent guns n'roses. the 90's not only destroyed heavy glam metal but most of metal in general. maiden, judas priest, dio were also toast. almost all radio stations that had those bands on their playlists just suddenly one day decided to junk their albums into cardboard boxes and grunge and whatever else took over.

I don't think "Boy Bands" officially qualify as a unique genre of music. But, if it did, it would clearly be the worst. Everything about it was just ridiculously horrid.

You're lying if you were not air drumming that part.

I thought Crowded House were going to stay a one hit wonder until they released this:

If you're not epileptic and want to see banger of a live performance of the song instead of the video, this one is from Glastonbury seven years ago:

Honestly, the best part of it all was every genre had its time in the sun as the hot pop sound. Country, Rock, Rap, Dance, Swing, Punk, Boy Bands, Latin, Brit Pop, etc.

Thats true.

The grunge scene got pretty big for a while with the Seattle bands like nirvana, pearl jam, sound garden, Alice in chain etc...
