Glen. His third tenure here as coach. Book it.
I was going to say this as a joke, but sadly, I think there may actually be Rangers fans out there who would advocate this. Frightening.

I don't necessarily disagree, but Tortorella has been making several questionable decisions that have negatively impacted the team
Benching Kreider tonight. Overplaying Lundqvist. New line combos every game. Giving leeway to some players while giving absolutely none to some.
It's not even his "system" or the BS people make up on here (although he employs some questionable tactics).
He hasn't been THE problem, but, IMO, he's been a problem. Some people disagree with me, but I really like Guy Boucher. He's a bright young hockey mind, IMO, he hasn't had much to work with in TB.
Torts isnt getting fired unfortunetly. Remember Dolan let isiah thomas run wild for years and put the knicks back a decade. he has let sather run wild for longer than that
Watch Torts get canned and Sullivan takes over and turns out to be the greatest coach in history lol.
I agree he has made some good draft picks and trades lately but overall in 13 years he hasntI think LATELY Sather has done a great job for the most part.

Their last PP ended with Gaborik, Boyle, Miller, Girardi, and McDonagh on the ice. Those last 4 guys have a combined 6 goals this year.
Boyle on the PP should be a fireable offense in itself.
so how many shifts do you think zucc will get before being reassigned to CT
Besides the Nash trade, hes been awful in the last 13 months, let alone the last 13 years.

Yep.
Letting Prust, Mitchell, and Fedotenko go while replacing them with Halpern, Asham, and Pyatt.
Trading Dubinsky/Anisimov without adding another forward up front, even via free agency. Nash deal is a no-brainer, obviously, but he just offset losing depth by losing depth, and he didn't replace any of it.
Failing to get a legitimate difference maker on the backend in his 13 year tenure here, coincides with the last year as well.
1.. he'll get stopped on a mini breakaway from center ice and Torts will get mad that he didn't dump the puck in then sit him down for the remainder of the game.
oh no whatever will we do without the almighty john mitchell. prust is overpaid by about a million. feds was a mistake but he is getting older and i can see the logic in that. the replacements have been mediocre. halpy was thrown away, asham has 2 goals and pyatt has a few goals but has been by far the worst player on the team recently. you do the nash deal 11 times out of 10 its a no brainer. you cant blame sather for this season
I hated on Mitchell last year, too, but facts are facts: Mitchell has almost as many goals as all of our bottom-6 forwards combined. Prust has been a key player for Montreal.
Yes, Halpern was thrown away, which was a bad move, but he was still a downgrade on Mitchell. Pyatt is a huge downgrade on Prust. Asham is the only player who is arguably an upgrade, but Feds is still a good PKer, and it's looking like we could use one right about now.
