As a coach, he's made the playoffs twice in nine seasons, finished above 4th in his division once in nine seasons, and won one playoff series.
Success does not appear to be part of the hiring criteria.

To them, the important thing is that he thinks the right way. His dogma is correct. That's more important than anything else.
My biggest issue with this is theyre bending over backwards to get him to come here...so this is now his team and the roster doesnt matter.
