I think they’re just supposed to beat everyone’s ass, which is what they were doing at one time, but they couldn’t keep Danielson as a heel so they abandoned it.

Even the new iteration sans Danielson + Pac and Shafir. Initially Moxley said something about worthiness and teaching a lesson or something along those lines. And whats with the belt in the briefcase?

How long was the event? The guide shows it for two hours like a normal Collision however I could see it going longer. Maybe the top matches will fit in the two hour Collision window and they had other dark matches.

ROH taping ran from 7-8:30 local. Speaking of, the crowd went into business for itself for Big Bill again.

The first thing I have no problem with because they are clearly doing a rematch at the PPV. The second was IMO a mistake but Tony has his plan and never deviates from it even when he should (often to his detriment). I have no idea why they aren't producing those Mone puppets to sell as they would make a fortune.

When May hit the storm zero I said they are hitting too many finishers so someone is going to win with a roll up then the finish happens.

I was going to say Harley beating Mone is ridiculous, and it kind of is, but if she won under some type of fluky circumstances and lost the title in a rematch then the idea may be tolerable. Harley is entertaining but she would have to be unfathomably over for her to win a title that didn't involve losing during a rematch. People may like her, even enjoy her, but there aren't enough people going bananas over Harley Cameron to warrant a title run.

I would guess maybe Moxley choking out Cope was one of the two stupid things. The easy story is a Switchblade/Cope win so there is a glimmer of hope heading into the PPV. If Cope were to win the title at Revolution it should be the end of the Death Riders. If Cope were to win then he may immediately see an old friend stroll out to the ring.

If the Double or Nothing not in Vegas story is true, which with an event in Vegas coming up seems probable, then I wonder if Toronto or at least southern Ontario hosts Double or Nothing 2025. If that were to happen I hope they don't have Christian vs Cope for a title be the main event. It was the main event the last time Dynamite was held in Toronto. No need for history to repeat itself.

Harley didn’t need to win right now. She looked good in losing. You can see clearly that he wants champions to be top workers because the reality is that they cant afford for the women to have below average matches. That doesn’t mean she can’t be a champion, but she has runway. She is charismatic enough that the crowds will stay with her as long as Tony doesn’t forget about her.

Just finished the show...really thought theyd put the belt on Buddy as a small FU to Black leaving...they were losing the crowd by having all the Australians and near by folk lose...

Harley is a fun character and I agree, she can stay hot, but needs a lot more work, she is a tad too sloppy

I am starting to fade on the DRs...knowing that Yuta and Marina will interfere, the baby faces look dumb not bringing any backup...I had expected Beth Phoenix/Copeland to come out, maybe that happens at revolution

I'm kind of shocked they haven't. It's such a good merch idea. I'm a huge mark for Muppet Mone.

The roll up was whatever for me. I see both sides, I just wasn't sure what else were legit bad things from that show besides the ring size.

It was a solid card up and down outside Harley not winning.

Very fun show. The crowd was clearly going nuts but they seemed to mic it poorly.

Takeshita/Kenny and Ospreay/Fletcher at Revolution was my hope and I got it and then some with the latter being a steel cage!!

I hope Mariah/Toni main events Revolution. They deserve it and it should be some sort of hardcore plunder match. Texas Deathmatch wouldn't be bad. I'd choose a Dog Collar match though. Something a little more grand than a regular no DQ match.

I still have no idea what the Death Riders' gimmick or what their end game is.

It made more sense in the Cassidy feud in that they're revolutionaries who want to destroy the current AEW foundations like him and Darby so they can start at wrestling version of Year Zero. However I think the message has gotten more lost in the Copeland feud since he should be the type of guy Moxley respects, they also haven't really made Moxley say enough what he thinks is bad about AEW like saying it's not serious or brutal enough or something.
