The more that comes out about it, it really does seem like a case where if there was even like a modest amount of communication this entire thing could have been avoided. That is ultimately on Tony as he seemingly banished Cabana away from TV taping for Punk without asking Punk about it....which lead people in the back to assume Punk was behind it. There are like multiple points in here where people could have and should have talked and didn't. At the very least Punk did say he was in the wrong for the press conference because that is the one thing that is 100% and without doubt on him and made this entire thing 10x bigger then it ever would have been otherwise. If they can ever get all of them in a room together I honestly think they could figure it out after reading the article.I think Punk is a petty asshole, that the Elite are babies and that the dirtsheets are not thourough in their reporting.
All of those things can be true. We also know the Bucks talk to Dave. So it might be first hand. But, yeah, the way the dirtsheet were talking, you were expecting huge shots being taken. It is evidently not the case.
Tony has to force them to be in a room and hash it out. Heck, it should have happened the following day.The more that comes out about it, it really does seem like a case where if there was even like a modest amount of communication this entire thing could have been avoided. People laughed when I suggested that Wheeler Yuta should single-handedly annihilate them to the point they are left in pools of various bodily fluids. Maybe I was right. Who can really say? This interview supposedly upset the Elite... lol.
