He was on par with my favorite player Von Miller to start his career like so dominant
He had that one pass-rush move that lineman said was unstoppable

But he just couldn’t stay out of trouble

I remember him being stabbed at a house party then like 2 weeks later having a house party and when he decided to break the party up he ended up firing a machine gun into the air.
3 people were shot at the party, and he had like 4 felony counts

Former Mizzou player. Wanted the Rams to draft him, and for a time, he was absolutely dominant and one of the best edge rushers in the NFL.

Unfortunately, his off-the-field issues derailed his career. It's still an age that's far too young to go; I'm just a year younger than he is.

May Aldon rest in peace and paradise.

he had a monster start to his career with those first two years with SF, but went completely off the rails with 10 arrests in 9 years, on top of afew substance abuse suspensions from the league, a huge What-if

sad, but not surprised given his history. guy could've been an all time great had he been able to stay out of trouble

I think we all had the feeling that something like this was going to happen to him.

We aren’t happy to be right.

Tragically sad but he had demons that were beyond his control.

It’s a shame he couldn’t reach out for help, rest in peace..

He was basically homeless. Things were not looking good for him unless he had some big outside help. Even then, he was violent and unpredictable so who knows if he could really be helped without some good counseling?

This guy had so much talent and still holds the record for most sacks in a player's first 2 seasons with 33.5 But starting his 3rd season, substance abuse issues derailed it all. So said that the end result of this was a way too young death at age 36.
