very hands off. basically only worked here when we had Richards and St. Louis in their twilights player-coaching

No but for real his system sucks, his teams have a habit of becoming soft and complacent and he falls in love with terrible players.

You may get a huge boost from him year 1 like we did, but it's all downhill after that.

Inability to evaluate talent, inability to adapt, inability to strategize, terrible hybrid man on man defense system, not enough heart to swing for the fences, turtle defense, favors old, slow, no reward veterans that will take up minutes without ever having an impact.
