That was a great read. I just read the Dumba article in the Athletic yesterday as well. It's very frustrating that there are still so many fans of our sport who make it difficult for kids and adults of colour to enjoy it.

That's the first time I'd heard about either of those radio programs. Both were pretty f***ed up.

SOOOO cringe hearing the shock jocks attempting to poke fun at his heritage just for a dumb bit. I'm sure they were thinking 'it's just a JOKE!!!' as many many racists intimate after saying something inordinately offensive. Go ahead and make 'just a joke' at their expense and all of a sudden it becomes serious.
