Gruden picked the Chiefs to beat the Bills and all of his picks this year have been on the money so far for the most part. Weird this is what makes me worried the most out of anything.

I was 50/50 on the Ravens game and basically put no stock into their first meeting. The Chiefs, is just a completely different beast. Regular season I actually feel somewhat confident against them, but the playoffs.... It's just a feeling of dread. The normal Buffalo feelings of "how will we blow this one" are starting to rear its ugly head. The only positive I have is what I've said before. The vibe of the season feels different. Despite the dread of playing KC, deep down there is this glimmer of hope/confidence that they can actually get it done. I'm gonna hang onto that feeling with all I've got. With all that being said I'll pick the Bills 4 scores to 3.5 or 28-24. Mahomes is gonna have a chance to drive late for a TD to win it, but time runs out on them. This game is torture to watch for all Bills fans from beginning to end, but they barely squeak by.

Oh the anticipation! One of the biggest games in Bills history....I'm glad we have a peak Josh Allen to lead us... I forgot the feeling of what it's like to win the AFC championship game and head to the Super Bowl....It's been too long...Time to exercise the demons from the '21 game and it's time for Josh to start adding bigger and better things to his legacy....LETS GO BUFFALO!!!

I really hope they pull the win, but man I'm not confident. When it comes to the very best teams, it's very hard to beat one two games in a row. As much as the Ravens whoop the Bills asses, they couldn't even pull a win the second time. And somehow, the Chiefs always seemed to have favorable or even ghost refs calls at the most crucial moments of the game.

I mean, that's the likeliest outcome -- just like Bills losing was the likeliest outcome last week.

I don't see any reason to think Benford is out at this point. None of our playoff concussions since 2017 have resulted in missed games, and Benford's seems more minor than most, it being his first and practicing (ltd) since the first practice back.

dont bring them here then please

So I've had some time to think about these things.

2020 AFC Championship game: We overachieved, KC was the better team. Allen wasn't ready.
2021 Divisional game: Wasted effort by Allen, big screw up by coaching staff. KC, overall, was still the better squad though
2023 Divisional game: Had chance to win that game, Allen screwed up late in the drive. Teams were about equal. The missed kick hurt, but really, needed a TD on that last drive.

2024: I think, for the first time in this match up, we are actually the better team.

Our offense vs their Defense: We win here. This is strength on strength, but I think our offense is better.
Their offense vs our Defense: This is pretty even. KC's offense has struggled, but our defense should be able to keep them under 20 points.
Special teams: The one area where I think KC is a little bit better and where I am worried about a game swinging play.

Bills 34, KC 17. We start out hot and it never gets close.

He actually correctly picked the Bills to beat the Ravens. He was almost spot on with the score as well

Good news for Benford, right? They didnt call up a CB.
I don't think they would have anyway. If Benford can't go, Elam will just become active. But I do think Benford is trending toward playing

maybe Josh bought him a new Truck ?

and he's not going to do a Cohen! :thumbu:
was going to sweat that one, but didn't think Carr/Rattler/draft was enough incentive either
pay raise/Associate Head Coach designation incoming off-season ?
Agreed he's not pulling a Cohen, he wouldn't do that to Mickey who he has a relationship with. We're lucky their roster / cap space situation is such a nightmare, because in a vacuum I'm sure they'd be his favorite spot, and I bet he's their top choice.

He picked the Ravens to beat the Bills...so Idk what you're talking about.

I'll eat crow but if Benford is able to fly, I think he's good to go. NFL players don't hop on planes if they have concussion symptoms.
