McD on wgr this morning:

Rapp out Sunday, Bishop has done a good job filling in
Benford remains in Concussion Protocol, will not practice today due to a personal issue
Milano, Johnson full practice today and see how it goes

Will be huge if Benford can go. I'm having visions of Elam drawing eleventy billion penalties lined up across from DHop (about half of them actual infractions). Hopkins is the king of initiating contact and pretending he's getting interfered with

This is the first time the bills have played the Chiefs that I have felt that they are truly the better team (and the numbers back it up). It is a weird feeling, a scary feeling!

If they don’t do it this year, I don’t know when it is gonna happen. Rarely do you get to this point in the season this healthy.

A prediction for Sunday:

It's not going to be a Josh Allen, James Cook, or Patrick Mahommes game.

It's going to be a Matt Milano game.

I think he's going to be all over the field, bringing the juice, and making massive plays.

I think Milano has to play very well, and he's more than capable of doing that.

I also believe that Allen will have to play just as well for the Bills to win. They are not going to completely shut down the Chiefs.

My confidence about the game will go up measurably if Benford can go. Elam hasn’t had a good season at all.

Houston fires Slowak. Seems nuts to me. You have to give guys chances to grow on the job - sure he struggled this year but he did a fantastic job with Stroud in their first years.

Maybe that sort of rash decision making is why the Bills' drought lasted as long as it did, and we just underestimated the impact changing leadership every few years had on an organization.

Not saying Marrone and Ryan were the answer, necessarily.

Just noting that 3 years is really only 51 reps for a head coach, and 3 seasons for a general manager is only 3 reps with which to get it right.

As Milano and Poyer have proven, it sometimes takes hundreds of reps to get it right. And McDermott, he's been improving. Not unlike Reid, who people sometimes forget had a career before KC.

There’s no doubt consistency is something teams should strive for. Sometimes it becomes painfully obvious someone is the wrong guy, but otherwise, I think teams could benefit from giving people a long leash…but what do I know!

From some things I read, it seems like a lot of the problems they had this year were still there the year before, it's just that Stroud was bailing him out. Sounds a lot like Ken Dorsey.
