I don’t recall seeing this mentioned when I quickly read the in-game posts so sorry if someone else mentioned it however the Ravens scored or turned the ball over. Zero punts. The Andrews fumble was a great play by Bernard however one could argue the Lamar turnovers were luck because they were self inflicted mistakes.

The defence can’t bank on turnovers. They need to force punts. I’m not saying they played terrible because they faced a great offence. Simply an observation.

Meh. It's a retool year. Theyre a flawed defense. They lack star power and depth, and they went up against the best offense in the NFL in conditions that favored said offense. Theyre not going to cause many punts against elite offenses. What we realistically need them to do is win the TO battle, and win in the red zone causing FGs.

They did that last night. I blame the offense for going ultra conservative + Bmore playing strong defense in the 3rd causing the Bills defense to get gassed. Buffalo only had one 1st down in the third quarter. Baltimore was able to get the running game going once Buffalo's defense started wearing down. Luckily, the offense started sustaining drives again in the 4th when it mattered most.

Also, I wouldn't say it's luck that Lamar turned it over. The Bills are just really good at feasting on an offenses mistake. They've been doing it all season. On top of that, the offense is great at taking care of the football.

Who knows? Only two games left, so maybe they can bank on turnovers to win a championship. We all know the defense isn't elite, but theyre solid. I'd say damn near every championship had a little luck on their side. Last year, KC got the luxury of going into Buffalo when our defense was destroyed by injuries. I'd say that's more luck based than our defense causing turnovers.

Two biggest adjustments I'd like to see from the offense next week:
-Develop some type of counter off all the WR screens--could be a fake screen/go route, or run a fake screen to one side, then throw it the other way on a quick slant/dart route. Either way, it's just becoming too obvious of a Bills play to try and beat pressure or cover zero.
-Run PA from under center on first down to try and get some intermediate chunk plays and punish KC for run blitzing. Could also get some nice RAC yardage from the RBs if they're playing everyone deep and Allen takes the checkdown quickly and Cook/Davis/Johnson have open space in front of them. Or Allen rolls out to try and hit the long ball off schedule or takes off for positive yardage.

I think it was the Rams game where they faked the bubble screen to the right, got everyone to bite on it, then came back to the RB on the left side and he ran it all the way for a TD. That's exactly the type of wrinkle that these bubble screens can really set up.

Gotta get your hands on him at the line or just off the release. If your defending him, you have to keep him in front of you, he gets lost because a linebacker will perk into the backfield for the check down or Mahomes moving and then, poof, Kelce is gone. They have good weapons in Pacheco/Hunt, Kelce/Gray and Hopkins/Worthy/Brown, the dline needs to be getting constant pressure.
