No Alternate jerseys next year when Adidas takes over, just 1 home and 1 away per team. So some teams will have to decide if one of their alternate jerseys will e a one of the 2 primary ones.

Kings Alternate jerseys were pretty cool. I wonder if they can pick like the silver and black for road games and the gold and royal purple for home for example or do they have to keep just one set of colors

If you remember the World Cup of Hockey jerseys, Adidas trumpeted “cutting-edge adizero technology blending three lightweight, resilient fabrics to keep the players cool and comfortable while providing added flexibility and improving overall movement.â€

Those World Cup jerseys also incorporated the Adidas stripes on the sides, under the arms. We’re not sure if that’s going to be standard issue on the new NHL jerseys

it odd the counterfeiters can screw up black grey and white so much. At other rinks I somewhat understand how the jerseys can look so bad due to more colours and more intricate patterns.

That said the World Cup Jerseys had counterfeits so expect the same.

my favorite colour scheme is still the black, purple, grey, white.

I am fine with the White/Black but would like some colour in there. My main issues is our stupid home plate logo.

I hated this jersey design when it first came out. The logo seemed really plain and boring. I've since gotten used to it, and have even grown to like it a bit (especially since it's now associated with the Cup-winning seasons), but I still don't think it's by any means a great design. I would really prefer to go back to having purple and/or gold as the main colors, although I realize that's not likely to happen any time soon.

Descriptive. The color scheme of the jersey the HF poster designed looked more similar to the white jersey the Lakers currently wear than anything the Kings have ever worn.

As far as identity, the purple and gold are for the Lakers even though the Kings used them first. I hate the Lakers so I don't want to have anything to do with them but even if I didn't, I prefer the Kings to have their own color scheme.

What I find most disturbing is the exorbitant price of NHL jerseys. People would be less likely to buy $30 knockoffs if the real thing wasn't somewhere in the ballpark of $150-$350.

That was covered in the 30 for 30 about rappers wearing sports gear. Al Davis said he didn't like the Kings wearing silver and black but he liked the way their jerseys looked. And the Kings were thrilled to give NWA Kings gear to wear and promote their new brand.

Might honestly be my favorite era of Kings jersey. League needs more color anyway. No one else ever rocks purple effectively.

My Kopi signed jersey is the black one too so I have a special affinity for it
