Please, please let the Habs hold the lead. Lets play to score and not play a sloppy trap for 20 minutes.

I'm so ****ing scared atm.

It's incredible....we're more scared leading by 2 than losing by 2....

I do love the "let them play" referees system but then....it CLEARLY advantage a team like the Bruins.

IMO a big reason why Bruins are so good in the 3rd and Habs so bad.

I want to believe Habs will play well this third period...but it's really hard. :(

Simply HAVE to win this game, you don't win series blowing multiple goals leads in consecutive games. Especially with this one being at home.

The Habs can keep the lead if they just don't sit at 3 player on the blue line and constantly dump and ice the puck.

They need to keep forechecking and attacking , even if it may open up holes sometimes. If they go into full defense turtle mode the Bruins will come back.

You have to think though that we will have at least 1 PP....but with the pressure they'll put on us, it will be tough to be penalties free ourselves...Let's hope our PP arrives before theirs...

Pac is a shooter and a speedster, there's very little room in the neutral zone, and I can probably count the number of times he's received a good pass on one hand this series.

I agree, people are very hard on MaxPac, but even guys like Crosby, Toews, Malkin, Ovechkin have been frustrated by opponents during the POs. I think we should credit Boston with shutting that line down. Precisely why people were against having Vanek and MaxPac on the same line, if you countered them then that's it offense. Our depth has woken up in the POs, but splitting them up tonight seemed to be working.
I still feel like Max is skating hard, trying things, but their coverage of him as been solid.

....what? Gionta has been fine.

Yeah, but he was always the type of guy to put the dagger in the opposition. Didn't matter what line he was on. He's basically a grinder type player now. he lost a lot of his offensive ability.

I believe. I really do. I have so much faith in this team this year, but its still scary as hell. We must of blow leads in at least half of our wins this year and they have yet to learn.

Gionta's been more than fine all playoffs. I've been very impressed.

I want a sensible approach and a PP goal to seal it up.

I don't see MTL getting a PP unless Boston fires the puck over the glass.

They have let some good hacks go, breaking Pacioretty's stick on a prime scoring chance, I don't see a call in the third unless it's against MTL.

Leagues gotta create excitement and aid the comeback, not that the B's need it

Well another reason for Boston is that they strictly play hockey in the 3rd. Instead of mixing their hockey and their message sending in the first 2.

As far as we're concerned, we just don't play the defensive concept and don't have the players to do so either.
