What would it take to bring Henrique to MTL?

couple things here:

1) Henrique is having a terrible start to the season, so trading him while his value is low makes no sense
2) the Devils are not in a position organizationally to be trading Henrique. He is best suited as a wing (IMO) but the Devils don't currently have the center depth at the NHL level to move him. Guys like Zacha, Quenneville, and McLeod should be able to step in there soon, but not yet (yes I know Zacha is on the team now)
3) the only trade that MIGHT make sense (from a Devils POV) would be to package Henrique for an upgrade (a guy like Galchenyuk), and I know Habs fans won't want anything to do with that (and rightfully so)

That is horrible...I wouldn't trade you John Moore alone for that package. Hell, Boston's 2nd is more valuable than any individual piece in your proposal, let alone Henrique.

Both will be 22 before the season is over.

Than when you consider De LaRose has never really produced in the AHL and McCarron is producing about the same rate as another bust Stafan Matteau...That is not a package that gets you a 30 goal scorer and a regular NHL defenseman.

It would be delusional to think otherwise.

Schenn for Henrique would be interesting.

Devils don't have the talent up front to help Schenn produce like he did last year with Giroux. Well, he would, but Hall plays the same position
