For a league min contract, I appreciate the 19 goals he provided.

I still would rather target a different type of player for our 4th line, but he took advantage of the opportunity and had a pretty good year. Frustrating player at times, which is likely why he's a 4th liner and not a middle 6 guy, but I'll always pull for an underdog story

100% agree! The guy was gold for league minimum. I'm looking for a different player in that role next season - pk, strong on the dot, tough on the opposition top-6...and I'd suggest paying what Gaudette wants ($2M+?) would be money well spent. Faksa, Stenlund, McCarron, Barron...get it done Steve!

Exactly. The Star Wars films aren't the same cultural touchstone as Paw Patrol. The kid is going to be asked constantly if he's from Adventure Bay.
