This can be good for fox to take a break and be fresh by the playoffs ..plus If he's on ltir we can get more cap space, if you want to look on the bright side

Actually, placing Fox on LTIR now would decrease our cap space. Once you place someone on LTIR, your accrued cap space is gone.

We have 12m in accrued cap space. The only way you can benefit from Fox on LTIR is if you spend that cap space first.

You don't get LTIR space on top of your accrued space.
