When’s the last time two teams traded their elite D? Weber for Suban?

You should delete this horrendous shit regardless of where it's posted. Abuse your power, for the good of the people.
kudos to MH for restraint
power should never be abused, and such abuse must be fought, always

resistance is futile
eff the borg
you're dealing with bern

Fox may go
not seeing it for McA
b'c other Fox deals are better situational fit for Rs

not seeing overpayment to Bs for McA in currency that is a fit for NY

My thoughts also...mainly two offensive dmen that are the same age being moved for each other with secondary pieces.
Bruins should be looking for forwards, not a defense, with Lindholm, hopefully back in the future.

I’d be mad if Boston did this. I love fox but I also love how mcavoy crushes ppl. Losing Fredric and mcavoy to add two softer players doesn’t seem like something bruins fans would want to see. Plus tossing in the giant centre they just drafted in the first round.

Also it’s not the defence that’s the issue in Boston. They don’t have enough top 6 wingers.

Boston needs 1 lw that can score and 1 rw that can score.

I don't think I've ever posted the same picture twice in the same thread but you're making me do it.

Not stupid at all if you believe McAvoy is trending towards bottom of #1 D-Men in NHL.

N
You crazy
Well this is on the theory Kreider is healthy. So if you believe as I do that McAvoy was significantly propped up by #37 and will be more a high end #2 D man (33-36 rated D)
NHL wide by next year, it isn't crazy at all, in fact you have people in the US 4N thread that think McAvoy shouldn't be on the US or #7 Dman.

Schneider will himself be a D man probably in the 58-64 range NHL wide by next season end. If Kreider is healthy, he can be very effective this year thru 26-27.

OP’s trade seems like a trade for trades sake.
Doesn’t really do much for either team.
Bruins get a guy that wants to play in New York & Reilly Smith. Not sure he moves the needle anymore.

Rangers get a slight downgrade on D, another player that can’t score and a recent first round pick.

Both teams are still struggling as they are now after this trade
