For the laughing Kravtsov, I will go a step further. I think Edstrom can become a good net-front presence on the power play.
I agree. He is very strong and has good balance to go with the terrific size. He also has solid hands. I wouldn't swap him in for Kreider but on the PP2 he'd provide a different kind of look and could do well.

He has been quiet lately. I thought he’d have at least a few more points. He looked better in preseason and that NHL fight he had. Other than that, kinda shocked.

Wish Lavi put him on the 3rd line over vesey last night
I love his potential and I think Cuylle and KK would bring out his best

he's weird in that he gets absolutely no touches with the puck in the offensive zone because he's so committed to getting to the net front. not sure I like that. Carrick and especially Vesey aren't exactly oozing with skill.

Edstrom is a big boy but he needs to fill out. Once he adds the extra muscle he will be immovable on the boards

It'll take this season before he starts putting up numbers. He's getting his feet wet.
