glad he at least owned up to it instead of the nate schmidt "bro it's a grain of salt in a swimming pool" nonsense

hard to resist though, can't blame him

He blamed it on not checking recovery meds so he didn't own up to it. That's always the default excuse and it's utter bs.

Honestly it’d be fun to just allow all substances and watch supermutants fly around and take 150 mph shots
Considering that TRT and other types of PEDs are already omnipresent, my guess is that you wouldn't see a difference in thr game now. PEDs are widely misunderstood and it's not just bodybuilders who take them. There's plenty of drugs that help with cardio vascular performance and steroids are known to help speed up recovery from injury.

It's impossible to imagine a world where every athlete is a genetic freak. The game is faster and players are bigger and tougher, to keep up and maintain a long career, there's no doubt players are getting help.

It's like believing that Chris Hemsworth's diet was rice and brocoli only when filming Thor. Or that Alan Richtson went from Chad to giga Chad from just TRT.

Probably more related to his future in Florida and contract negotiations than any recovery from injury. His decision making has been like that on the ice. Hungry for personal points rather than making the right play. It's been really noticeable for some time now. Kinda sticks out like a sore thumb when everyone around is making correct plays left and right and one guy has his own agenda.

I think they were going to let him walk anyway and this might just make it easier.

I called this as soon as he was drafted. He looked like a 30 year old kid with dry veiny arms.
