If you force Twitter (X) to go to the 'Following' tab, rather than the 'For You' tab, then you just get who you follow.
I am aware of that, but I think then there's just one chance of seeing specific posts as they're only in chronological order? Also from sports teams accounts etc. a lot of posts are nonsense that I'm not interested in, which Twitter has done quite well in filtering out as I've not interacted with them at all, even if I follow the account.

A chronological timeline would mean you see tweets once (barring ICYMI posts or retweets). 'For You' is a mix of follows and things Elon think you'll engage with. His tweets, mostly.

Safe to say he’s also a bot?
Highly, highly unlikely. Running a bot is costly, and still pretty sophisticated to set up. He also took Sunday off. This guy gets tired and frustrated.

These advance-fee scams can be profitable operations, but they're often in the developing world, and if they were two bots, there'd be thousands of emails by now.

Scammers still go for that personal touch.

The Black Friday streaming deals are starting to look pretty similar to last year.

Max is $2.99 for 6 months on Roku. Not on the main site yet.
Peacock is $20/year or $2/month for six months
Walmart+ is $50/year and comes with Paramount+

You can have an existing account and resubscribe, no problem. My Peacock account only expired yesterday, and I got another year for $20 just now.

This Hulu deal won't get you the ESPN+/Hulu games.

ESPN+ doesn't get discounted too much. There's a deal right now to get a year for the cost of 9 months, but that's not too interesting, IMO. The cheapest path seems to be getting ESPN+ on one account, and then a Hulu & Disney Black Friday deal.

ESPN+ by itself would be $12/mo and the Hulu/Disney bundle would be $3/mo

The Disney Trio is $17/mo, so you'd only really be saving $2/mo. An unimpressive amount, but if you cancel ESPN+ during the summer, then you can keep your Hulu and/or Disney+.

So if the season is like 9 months, that would be $153 with the Trio plan, (canceling the whole thing in the summer) or $144 if you part the deal out and only cancel ESPN+ for three months.

There's no way the UHC CEO was killed by a hitman, although my knowledge of hitmen pretty much extends to only the video game and Calgary variety.

If I'm to believe that someone paid a hitman to kill a CEO on a busy NYC street, with words engraved on the bullet shells, the client would have needed to contact multiple hitmen, with none of them actually being undercover cops, in order to find one wanting to act out a cliché movie plot.

It'd also likely be an extremely expensive job, given the high profile and level of risk. The odds of someone having that money, but being motivated by an insurance denial, seems low.

The way I could see an actual hitman doing a job like that would be with a high-powered rifle from a concealed position. Shooting from a building would make figuring out who to even look for much more difficult, and give plenty of time for an anonymous getaway.

They got footage of this guy at Starbucks beforehand, and escaping on an e-bike into Central Park. Pretty sloppy work.

It's a good day for LEGO games. Skywalker Saga is free on Epic Games Store, and Humble has a bundle for a few more hours of 18 more games.

Play Fallout 4 they said. It's amazing they said. Life changing they said. Well. Holy f***ing shit this game is hard. I am at level 5 and am WAAAAAYYYYY too deep into the Converga point to turn back now. Like I'm literally fighting up floor after floor. I am almost out of ammo, almost out of aid.

f***ing A. I don't feel bad waiting almost 10 years to play this now

I haven't played FO4, but I have played 3 and New Vegas multiple times back in the day.

Are you using VATS? It's intended to be a core mechanic.

You might also be able to fast travel out of there if you need to take a different approach.

I don't use VATS at all. I find it very clumsy and ineffective because my dude misses his shot no joke 80% of the time. I guess I'll try that because I am convinced I'm gonna be at the end facing some final boss and I'm gonna have 2 bullets left and no stim pak for myself or the dog

Fallout is an RPG much like Skyrim (same studio), so how you build your character is very important. There are plenty of guides online about best builds for certain play styles, etc. Here's one. Here's another.

Skyrim does it a bit different (and maybe better), where you build skills in certain aspects by doing that thing. Sneaking, stealing, etc. Fallout is more of a traditional RPG where you allocate points beforehand in what you want to specialize in.

Skyrim is my jam. They need to make a new Elder Scrolls already. I spent almost 10 years not using internet on my Xbox so I never downloaded the vampire storyline until like last year. I didn't even know it existed and it was a pleasant surprise that's sort of held me over but I'm ready for the next journey already.

Bethesda and Rock Star have no excuse for taking this long to produce new content. It has nothing to do with taking more time to produce a better product. More like they just decided to channel broken McDonald's ice cream machine and say "They'll buy it anyway"

Metro Exodus is $3 on Steam right now, and pretty similar to the Fallout series. Post-apocalyptic shooter with RPG elements.

I am not huge on shooters to begin with and the post apocalyptic genre runs its course on me quickly. My buddies were huge into Resident Evil and Nazi Zombies and after a while it becomes very redundant shooting down waves of mindless killers. After like 6 months I was begging to go back to games like the Zelda franchise -yep. I'm a nerd

I can make an exception for Halo and Gears of War because I am the kind of guy who will play a shooter for a plot. I am liking Fallout 4 enough as a plot to keep engaging in it despite how frustrated I'm getting

Is the half a minute trailer released six and a half years ago not good enough for you?

You know those annoying ads for games where you shoot wave after wave of enemies charging at you on a bridge and your guns are supposed to get bigger as it goes on? But the person always fails in the ad? And you realize that's not even the actual game?

That's what I'm expecting of their half minute trailer
