I'd like to get to Calgary again. I was there for the 1988 winter games. I was just a kid, my father's company was doing work for CTV there. But I recall it as a small city, western, great burgers and steaks due to all the ranching nearby. Our hotel was higher up and we could look out the window over a bunch of not much to the small compact downtown. I bet it's much larger now than then!

Also, the reffing is already brutal. I’ve seen two penalties against the flames that could’ve been called, both holding calls on Mercer and toffoli they let go which doesn’t help the rhythm they need to find.

He's been estremely shaky and unorthodox on plays.

Going down for the highlight reel save. Swatting that puck to his glove. He didn't exactly handle that as cleanly as it may have seemed. Gave it away, but Huberdeau just sucks.

Sal pretty much confirming this is the worst 1st period since before our recent 5 wins in 6.
