Value of: A 2nd line center to Montreal.

Rossi is available this summer. Guerin won't sign him because he's stupid and values size over anything. So I wonder if Montreal would be a good landing spot for him.
Wild are looking for a better C! He’s also asking for more than boldy wants

Overhyped? Probably by Habs fans, like most of their prospects. But he has tons of potential. Let's not forget that he's a 2006 born, just like Hagens. They both had similar numbers this year. While his upside might not be as high, he's certainly a very interesting prospect and you just can't ignore his dream of playing for Montreal.

Montreal needs to be patient, they are not there quite yet. Soon, maybe, just not next year or the following. Their real gem is Demidov IMO

Montreal usually overhyped and overvalued their prospects.

I dont follow col and age hockey close enough to know if his stats are because of his linemates

He was drafted at 21 so you can still get very good players there

I would see him signed after next yr (25/26) NCAA season.
26/27 mainly AHL,
27/28 could be on montreal

Hagens play with way better linemates than him......

what you meant to say is: "that others usually underhype and undervalue Montreal's prospects"...fixed it for you.

Don’t get me wrong, I’d love it if he did. I doubt he waives at all unless the isles tell him they are going full scorched earth. Guys don’t waive to come to Montreal ever. Hopefully that changes soon.
Of course some waive. Do your research.

You've seen Engstrom play? If you had then you wouldn't compare those two. Engstrome is a smoother Struble but without the physical play.

Reinbacher both knees needed work and he's still not healed. You can dream of what Rein may do, but he's hasn't proven anything...yet.

Wait until the very least the Rockets playoffs...if his knee holds out.
Expectations are high on Reinbacher; it sounds like the habs are planning on having him in the lineup next season. He is solid but not flashy at all. You dont notice him often, then you look at his numbers and they are good. I know you hear a lot about a "first pass" but that's what i've noticed most about him so far - the speed that is gained from the first pass he starts the next rush with.

Speak for yourself, I haven't ruled out Kirby Dach yet.
Do you believe in him at center?

At the start of the season prior to this one, i loved his play. I also liked the chemistry he had with Slaf and the idea of having a big line (those are two big dudes). People were talking about him possibly being our 1C ahead of Suzuki. I never really believed that, but I can't believe that this was a fluke. I still want to see if he can pull it off, but I'm all for the habs getting a veteran 2C to see.

I won't say I "believe" in him as a centre, but I certainly haven't ruled him out as a centre as many have.

As a fan of a team in their division, I would be absolutely delighted if the re-signed both of them.

I think Marner will absolutely stay with the Leafs and I really, really, really hope I'm right. Give him eight years, please!
You're going to get your wish, because the Leafs are not a serious franchise. They are nothing but a front for merchandise, jersey sales and the casual businessman, and are run by a politician and a spineless mega-corp. They endlessly profit on false hope and care nothing about the fans.
