I'm really happy that all of Othmann, Edstrom, Rempe, and Cullye did the work this offseason. It was going to be difficult for one yet alone all of them to break camp with the team, but the fact that they've lasted this long, and clearly made an impression on the staff (you could see it in the Boston game when Peca came over and gave Edstrom an "Atta Boy" after his prime scoring chance), is good for callups and later on down the road. Same with Garand.

I'd also put Sykora and Berard in that category but for them it's a case of being very young and the organization aware they need time to cook and gain man strength.

I am just totally amazed that they cancelled the game because of RAIN !! Back in my day we went to school in blizzards. It is just insane how soft we have become as a country. I hope we do not go to war with anyone because the kids fighting will not be able to handle the harshness because WE have made them so soft!!! Play the damn game!!
