next to the bench
Zboril looking very good (preseason I know), JVR looked great on the PP (as did Jake), Poitras continuing to shine, Bussi looks good ...the only thing is Richard will be single the rest of his life because he can't finish ...that was for you @Blowfish :)... jk, kid has wheels and can create high danger opportunities
Zboril looks great

Difficult period to call good plays however Bussi is clearly NHL ready. NNugs I didn't realize he was older than Swayman.
Let's not get carried away. Two periods and a preseason game with several prospects playing for both clubs.

Not taking anything away from Bussi, and when the Bruins deal Linus, which they will, Magic Bus can park himself next to Swayman.

There's plenty of time between now and then, however.

I keep forgetting he is even playing ... far from making a case for himself in the first 2 periods., much like Harrison. Almost invisible.
Their line, Harrison-Megna-Lysell hasn’t really clicked. Lysell’s popped a few times for his back check or beating an icing, but he hasn’t had the puck a lot. Still, he’s created 2 scoring chances (shot from the high slot in a 2on2 off the rush and the cut back behind the net and feed to Megna (who fell down in front trying to catch the pass).

If Poitras continues his hot play ... I think starting day lineup could look like...

Marchand Zacha Pasta
JVR Poitras Debrusk
Frederic Coyle Lauko
Lucic Geekie Beecher
Heinen

Grz McAvoy
Lindholm Carlo
Forbort Shattenkirk
Zboril Mitchell

Ullmark
Swayman
Bussi

A top 6 C talent like Poitras is what the doctor ordered. Still need to see more. But havent been impressed by a young forward/center in a long time

It is such an odd line. I don't know why they went with that combo. I look forward to hearing Monty's thinking.
